So Environment Canada is predicting W15 increasing to W15-25 for Thursday. That’s a ways off yet but NOAA’s Grib file above seems to agree. The light yellow area in the eastern Juan De Fuca indicates 15-18 knots of NW.
Looks like a wet uphill slog to Victoria, but maybe not much rowing…..
